It’s a Wrap! TASTE Finale with Chef Blake Jackson
This menu includes Shrimp Sherry Louisiana Fettuccini and Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding! Chef Blake will guide you from start to finish for this amazing meal as we celebrate the end of TASTE 2021. We will also be awarding prizes for Best Watch Party, Best Dressed, and More voted on by our panel of Resident Judges.
HOW IT WORKS:
- One registration is required for each device you will use to view the class
- You will receive the Zoom login, ingredient list, and recipe card 72 hours before the class
- During the class you will be able to chat with the Chef about any questions you have while cooking
- The meal will be ready for you to enjoy at the end of class

MEET CHEF BLAKE JACKSON, WHISK DESSERT BAR & DRAKE CATERING
Chef Blake is the Owner & Executive Chef of Drake Catering, Prepared Nutrition & Whisk Dessert Bar. Jackson made a name for himself in the past decade as one of the area’s premier event caterers and private chefs. But in 2016, his career was brought to a new level.
Following the opening of Prepared Nutrition, Chef Blake went on to win the Louisiana Food Prize, as well as being selected to the ACF New Orleans Best Up & Coming Chefs in Louisiana. In 2017, Jackson competed as a finalist in the National Farm to Table Chef’s Challenge. His Nouveau Louisiane style has become a signature and he continues to operate the three businesses.
